  • A totally new technology was made available to a company that uniquely address particulate in the diesel exhaust stream.

 Action 

  • Our team developed the commercial plan for this opportunity by creating and executing a global voice of customer project that led to value proposition development, pricing strategies and go to market strategies and tactics.

 Result 

  • The plans and technology were sound. As the Economy turned in 2007-8, the company was reluctant to continue to fund development that would have led to a 2010 launch.
